Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati (O/N)
On arrival at the Guwahati airport, you will be received by our Guest Relationship Executive and escorted to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, we will take you on a short tour of the city. The tour will culminate with a sunset river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra. Watch the sun go down as you sip on a tall glass of juice or mocktail. Spend the rest of the evening as you like. You may wish to head to the spa for some pampering or dine at an authentic Assamese restaurant.
Day 2-Guwahati-Cherrapunjee (O/N)
Post breakfast, you will drive on the long winding hilly roads to ‘Cherrapunjee’, which is known to be one of the wettest places on earth. Check into a luxurious resort or homestay at Cherrapunjee and explore the Mawsmai caves, Seven Sisters falls, Thangkharang Park, Eco Park, etc.
Day 3-Cherrapunjee–Mawlynnong (O/N)
After breakfast, drive to Nohkalikai Waterfalls, which is the tallest waterfalls in India. Check out from the resort/homestay and drive through the scenic Khasi countryside to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. Experience Khasi culture, traditions and village life at Mawlynnong. Overnight stay at a village homestay.
Day 4-Mawlynnong-Shillong (O/N)
After having a relaxed morning in Mawlynnong, you will leave for Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. Enjoy the sights in and around Shillong including Elephant Falls, the breathtaking Laitlum Canyon, Smit & Wards Lake. Shop from the local artisans. Overnight stay at a luxurious hotel.
Day 5-Shillong-Kaziranga (O/N)
After Breakfast, you will leave Shillong and start your journey towards Kaziranga in Assam, which is a 5 hours drive away. Check into a deluxe jungle resort and stay overnight.
Day 6-Kaziranga (O/N)
Wake up early in the morning and go into the jungles of the World Heritage Site Kaziranga National Park on the back of an elephant. This is a great way to see the wild animals up and close. Back at the resort, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and spend a leisurely morning. If you so desire, you may lend a helping hand to a mahout in giving a bath to an elephant. Post lunch you will be taken on a visit to a tea garden. In the evening have your dinner sitting by a bonfire and enjoying a tribal dance.
Day 7-Kaziranga-Guwahati (O/N)
Leave for Guwahati after breakfast. Check into a deluxe hotel and spend the day at your leisure. You may just sit back and relax or go on a short tour of the city.
Day 8-Guwahati–Airport departure
Early in the morning, after a cup of tea, visit the Kamakhya temple, one of the "Shakti Peeths" of India. Alternatively, you may chose to laze around at your hotel or go check out the arts and crafts emporiums. Our Guest Relation Executive will escort you to the airport to catch your flight to your onward destination.
GUWAHATI-NAMERI-TAWANG-TEZPUR-GUWAHATI

Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati (O/N)

Day 2-Guwahati-Nameri (O/N)
After having breakfast, you will leave for Nameri National Park in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a drive of about 5 hours from Guwahati. Check into a heritage tea bungalow. In the early evening we will take you on a cruise of the river Jia Bhoroli to catch a glimpse of the elusive River Dolphins. Watch the sun go down as you cruise along the river.
Day 3-Nameri (O/N)
After breakfast embark on a rafting expedition. Visit a local tribal village and a tea garden in the afternoon. Experience a sunset barbeque at the heritage bungalow.
Day 4-Nameri-Tawang (O/N)
Wake up at the crack of dawn, have an early breakfast and leave for Tawang, nestled 10,000 feet above sea level in the Himalayas. This is a long journey but one that is totally worth it because of the stunning scenery that you will be driving through. Arrive at Tawang in the early evening and check into the hotel. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.
Day 5-Tawang (O/N)
Explore Tawang. Visit the Tawang Monastery, which is the second largest monastery in the world. Get on the mountain roads and drive to the Chinese border to see the famous Sangestar Lake, made famous by the Bollywood movie ‘Koyla’. Pay your homage to the fallen soldiers of the 1962 Indo-China war at the Tawang War Memorial. Relax at your hotel in the evening.
Day 6-Tawang–Tezpur (O/N)
Wake up early and drive back to Tezpur in Assam. Check into a deluxe boutique hotel in Tezpur.
Day 7-Tezpur-Guwahati (O/N)
Have a leisurely morning visiting some heritage sites in Tezpur. Start the drive to Guwahati, have your lunch on the way. Check into your hotel in Guwahati and relax.
Day 8-Guwahati-Airport departure

Day 2-Guwahati-Kaziranga (O/N)
After breakfast at your hotel, you will leave for Kaziranga, which is about 4 hours drive from Guwahati. Check into an exclusive jungle resort at Kaziranga. In the afternoon, hop onto a jeep and go on a safari into the national park. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the resort. Laze around a warm bonfire and enjoy a tribal dance with a traditional dinner.
Day 3-Kaziranga (O/N)
Rise and shine! The day starts early for you. Hop on the back of an elephant and go into the jungle of the national park to see the famous one-horned rhino and other animals up and close. In the afternoon take a tour of a tea estate with our designated guide. Spend a relaxing evening at the resort.
Day 4-Kaziranga-Jorhat-Majuli (O/N)
After breakfast you will check out of your resort and hit the road. The next destination is Majuli, the largest river island in the world. On the way stop at a museum dedicated to the first king of the erstwhile Ahom Dynasty. The journey to Majuli involves a ride on a country ferry and crossing the mighty river Brahmaputra. If you’re lucky you might catch a glimpse of some river dolphins. Overnight stay at a village homestay or eco-lodge at Majuli.
Day 5-Majuli (O/N)
After breakfast you will be taken on a tour of various Satras (monasteries), an Ahom dynasty museum, as well as a Mising tribal village in the island. In the early evening, hop on a bicycle and go bird-watching in the company of our expert guide. Back at your homestay/resort, sit around a warm bonfire and enjoy an entertaining traditional dance.
Day 6-Majuli-Sibsagar (O/N)
In the morning you will leave for the historical town of Sibsagar. Being the capital of the erstwhile Ahom Kingdom, Sibsagar is a town of historical importance and has a lot to offer to a person with interest in history. Check into your hotel/traditional resort. After lunch visit some of the many historical monuments in the town including the Rang Ghar and Sivadol. Overnight stay in hotel/resort.
Day 7-Sibsagar-Diburgrah (O/N)
Spend a leisurely morning. After having a hearty breakfast, we will take you to the historic Talatal Ghar and Kareng Ghar, which are relics of the Ahom Dynasty. Check out of your hotel and drive through the lush green countryside to the riverside city of Dibrugarh. Check into your luxurious heritage tea bungalow at Dibrugarh and experience what life was like for the British colonial tea planters.
Day 8-Dibrugarh-Airport departure
Check out of your hotel/tea bungalow after breakfast and head to the airport to catch your flight to your onward destination.

Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati-Umiam (O/N)
On arrival, you will be greeted by our Guest Relationship Executive at the airport. Hop onto your luxurious car and drive to the hills of the beautiful state of Meghalaya, known as the ‘Land of the Clouds’. You will spend the first night at an exclusive lakeside resort in Umiam. Spend a leisurely evening at the resort. Enjoy a private sunset barbeque by the lake.
Day 2-Umiam-Jowai (O/N)
Enjoy a delectable breakfast on the verandah of your resort, which overlooks the lake. Check out and drive through the picturesque hilly road to the town of Jowai. The drive to Jowai is mesmerizing and you will no doubt want to stop at every turn and go clicking with your camera. After checking into your hotel and lunch, you will be taken on a tour of the beautiful and peaceful town.
Day 3-Jowai-Laitlum Canyon-Smit Village-Shillong (O/N)
After checking out of your hotel you will be driven to Shillong. On the way you will be making a pit stop at the magnificient Laitlum Canyon where you will be treated to a picnic lunch in the lap of nature. You may want to go on a trek into the canyon and witness firsthand the serenity and beauty of the hills of Meghalaya. On the way pass by the beautiful Smit village. Overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Shillong.
Day 4-Shillong (O/N)
Today you will explore the pine city of Shillong. This is a city like no other. With acres of verdant rolling slopes, towering pine trees, lush green hills, quaint colonial era bungalows and waterfalls, it is not hard to see why Shillong was recently voted the ‘Best Hill Station in India'. Shillong is also a good shopping destination.
Day 5-Shillong-Dawki–Mawlynnong (O/N)
Check out from your hotel after a leisurely morning. Your next destination on this tour is the border town of Dawki. This is the adventure sports capital of Meghalaya. Go scuba diving in the emerald green waters or rappelling up a hill or just go on a leisurely boat ride on the Umgot river and enjoy the beauty of mother nature. In the late afternoon, you will be driven to the Khasi village of Mawlynnong, which has the distinction of being one of the cleanest villages in Asia. You will spend the night at a cute village cottage.
Day 6-Mawlynnong-Guwahati (O/N)
In the morning, sink into the sights and sounds of Mawlynnong and get a first-hand experience of peaceful village life. Meet the locals and get a taste of their way of life. Go on a hike to the living root bridge and climb up a bamboo bridge to catch a glimpse of the plains of a neighbouring country. In the early afternoon, you will check out of Mawlynnong and drive back to Guwahati. Lunch enroute. Overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Guwahati.
Day 7-Guwahati-Airport departure
Local sightseeing in Guwahati following which our Guest Relation Executive will escort you to the airport. All good things have to come to an end eventually.

TIPS FOR A FUN FILLED TRIP
It is requested that you follow these recommendations to enjoy the most fun filled vacation you have ever had!
While travelling in Northeast during the winters you should carry ample winter clothes including hand-gloves and caps. Also, carry light woolen even in summer season when you are travelling to the hills of Northeast especially if you are on a trip to Arunachal Pradesh.
Respect the local culture, people and their customs.
Help the local authorities in keeping the tourist spots clean by not spilling garbage but putting your waste in the dustbins provided.
Do not attempt to feed wild animals as they may be dangerous and may attack you instantaneously.
Always listen carefully to all safety briefings provided from time to time during the trip by the local tour guide.
