GUWAHATI-KAZIRANGA-SIBSAGAR-DIBRUGARH

A safari into the heartland of the one-horned rhino
Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati (O/N)
On arrival at the Guwahati airport, you will be received by our Guest Relationship Executive and escorted to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, we will take you on a short tour of the city. The tour will culminate with a sunset river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra. Watch the sun go down as you sip on a tall glass of juice or mocktail. Spend the rest of the evening as you like. You may wish to head to the spa for some pampering or dine at an authentic Assamese restaurant.
Day 2-Guwahati-Kaziranga (O/N)
Rise and shine! The adventure begins! After a sumptuous buffet breakfast at the hotel, get on the highway to arguably the most famous tourist destination in Assam - Kaziranga. Check into your luxury jungle resort at Kaziranga. After lunch, you will be taken on a jeep safari into the forest of the Kaziranga National Park. See the famous Great Indian rhinoceros, wild buffalos, wild hogs, wild elephants and many more animals up and close. Who knows, you might even come across a tiger or a leopard. Back at your resort, relax by the river or help a mahout in giving a bath to his elephant.
Day 3-Kaziranga (O/N)
Wake up at the crack of dawn and go on an elephant safari. This is a great way to see the wild residents of Kaziranga National Park from touching distance. After breakfast you will be taken on a tour of a tea plantation and a local tribal village. Have lunch with the natives at the village and catch a glimpse into their way of life. In the evening, sit by the bonfire at your resort and enjoy a cultural programme.
Day 4-Kaziranga-Sibsagar (O/N)
Bid adieu to Kaziranga after an early breakfast. Get back on the highway and drive to the historic town of Sibsagar. Being the capital of the erstwhile Ahom Kingdom that ruled Assam for 600 years, Sibsagar is rich in history and culture. We will take you on a tour of the historical monuments in the town. Check into your hotel/eco-tourist homestay. Spend a relaxing evening at your hotel.
Day 5-Sibsagar-Dibrugarh (O/N)
In the morning, we will drive to Charaideo on the outskirts of Sibsagar town to see the sacred burial grounds of Ahom kings and queens. A trip to Sibsagar will be incomplete without a visit to an authentic Ahom village. Be a guest of the villagers and get to know them and their way of life. In the afternoon take the drive to Dibrugarh, the tea capital of India. Check into a heritage tea planter’s bungalow or a hotel and spend a relaxing evening.
Day 6-Dibrugarh Airport departure
Check out of your hotel after a sumptuous breakfast and check in for you flight to your onward destination at the Mohanbari Airport on the outskirts of Dibrugarh.
GUWAHATI-MANAS-CHERRAPUNJEE-SHILLONG-GUWAHATI

Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati (O/N)

Day 2-Guwahati-Manas (O/N)
After breakfast, we will drive to Manas National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and tiger reserve situated in the foothills of the Bhutan Himalayas. Check into a jungle resort in the periphery of the national park. Hop onto an elephant and go on a jungle safari. After the sun goes down, we will take you on a night jeep safari. The experience of being out amidst the wild animals in the dark will no doubt leave you thrilled.
Day 3-Manas (O/N)
Start your day with a boat ride across the river Manas into the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan (Applicable only for Indian citizens). Visit the king’s summer palace in Bhutan. On your return to India you will be taken to an eco-tourism camp operated by local Bodo villagers. Enjoy the traditional Bodo dance, music and cuisine. Also, check out the local Bodo handloom and textile woven by the villagers. In the late afternoon, drive along the river Manas to the small town of Panbang in Bhutan (Applicable only for Indian citizens). Check out the Bhutanese way of life. Return to India and spend the evening lazing around a bonfire with a meal of your choice.
Day 4-Manas-Guwahati (O/N)
Wake up early and go on a jeep safari. Manas is a tiger reserve so the chances of you coming across a tiger is quite high. After breakfast, we will take you on a rafting trip on the river Manas. Enjoy the gentle rafting session while being regaled with stories of the wild animals of Manas by the forest guards. Don’t be surprised if you come across the sight of deers, rhinos or other wild animals quenching their thirst at the banks of the river. After lunch, drive back to Guwahati and check into a luxury hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure.
Day 5-Guwahati-Cherrapunjee (O/N)
The adventure isn't over yet! After breakfast, we will drive through the clouds to Cherrapunji, which is one of the wettest places on earth. Enroute check out the serene Umiam Lake. Cherrapunji is home to some of the most beautiful natural spots in India. Take in the beauty of the stunning Nohkalikai waterfalls, Seven sisters waterfalls, Kynrem waterfalls, Cherrapunji Eco-park, Mawsmai caves, Thangkharang park and more. Overnight stay at a deluxe resort.
Day 6-Cherrapunjee-Shillong (O/N)
After breakfast you will leave for the ‘Scotland of the East’, Shillong. In Shillong, you will be taken on a tour of the local tourist attractions like the Shillong Peak, Elephanta Waterfalls, Wards Lake, Lady Hydari park, Don Bosco Museum and more. Shillong is a shopper’s paradise. So, shop till you drop at the famous Police Bazaar. Overnight stay at a luxury hotel.
Day 7-Guwahati airport departure
Drive back to Guwahati early morning and head straight to the airport to catch your flight back home. Alternatively, you can spend the night in Guwahati and catch the flight home the next day.

Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati (O/N)

Day 2-Guwahati-Tezpur-Nameri (O/N)
Post breakfast, hop onto the Travelvista luxury car, put on your seatbelts and hit the road. Next destination -Nameri, situated on the foothills of the Himalayas, Nameri is a popular and beautiful biodiversity hotspot and is home to many species of endangered birds and animals. The river Jia Bhoroli which flows along the Nameri National Park is also home to river dolphins and the famous Wild Mahseer. Enroute to Nameri, you will be making a pit stop at Tezpur, which was very recently voted the ‘Cleanest city in India’ by the World Health Organization (WHO). Overnight stay at a luxury resort or Eco-camp at Nameri.
Day 3-Nameri (O/N)
This is going to be an action-packed day. So be sure to make the most of the sumptuous and healthy breakfast laid out especially for you. Nameri is pure heaven for nature lovers and you will be exploring every bit of it. The activities on this day will include dolphin watching on the river Jia Bhoroli, bird watching and a jungle trek.
Day 4-Nameri (O/N)
This is going to be a laid back day. Go river rafting on the Jia Bhoroli river followed by a nice picnic lunch on the sandbanks along the river. You may head back to your resort for a shower and a quick nap after which we will take you on a tour of a local tribal village. In the evening, enjoy a tribal dance show arranged especially for you at your resort.
Day 5-Nameri-Kaziranga (O/N)
Bid adieu to Nameri. On this day, we will drive you to Kaziranga, which is arguably the most famous tourist destination in Assam. Check into a luxury jungle resort. After lunch you will go on a jeep safari into the Kaziranga National Park. Don’t be surprised if you catch a glimpse of the elusive tiger or a leopard. Spend a leisurely evening at the resort.
Day 6-Kaziranga (O/N)

Day 7-Kaziranga-Guwahati (O/N)

The park has three forest ranges and each jeep safari will take you into a different range. Check out of your hotel after an early lunch and drive back to Guwahati. Overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Guwahati.
Day 8-Guwahati airport departure
Early in the morning, after a cup of tea, visit the Kamakhya temple, one of the "Shakti Peeths" of India. Alternatively, after breakfast you may chose to check out the local arts and crafts hotspots. Return to the hotel and then head to the airport to catch your flight to your onward destination.
DIBRUGARH-DIBRU SAIKHOWA-NAMDAPHA-DEHING PATKAI-DIBRUGARH

Day 1-Arrival at Dibrugarh (O/N)
On arrival at Mohanbari Airport, Dibrugarh, you will be received by our Guest Relation Executive and escorted to your heritage tea bungalow for an overnight stay. The bungalow dates back to the British colonial era and is set amidst a lush green tea garden. Relax in the lap of nature and luxury. In the late afternoon we will take you on a brief tour of the city of Dibrugarh which lies on the banks of the mighty River Brahmaputra.
Day 2-Dibrugarh- Dibru-Saikhowa (O/N)
Wake up to the sound of chirping birds. Have a leisurely breakfast on the veranda of the bungalow overlooking the sprawling flower garden. After breakfast, get on the road and drive to Dibru-Saikhowa National Park which is home to numerous species of mammals, reptiles and birds. At Dibru Saikhowa we will take you on a tour of the park followed by a river cruise to catch a glimpse of the elusive and endangered river dolphin. Sip some Assam tea while you watch the dolphins frolic in the river as the sun sets in the back drop. Overnight stay at a boathouse or at a deluxe jungle resort.
Day 3-Dibru-Saikhowa-Singpho Village near Margherita (O/N)
After breakfast get back on the highway and head to a village inhabited by the Singpho tribe who migrated to India hundreds of years ago from China. Be a guest of the hospitable tribal villagers for the night and get to understand their way of life.
Day 4-Singpho Village- Namdapha National Park (O/N)
Bid adieu to the friendly Singphos and drive to Namdapha National Park in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, which is 100kms from the village. Enroute you will be driving through the historic town of Ledo, which has the distinction of having the last train station in India on the Eastern side. Located in the Eastern Himalayas, Namdapha is the third-largest national park in India in terms of area and plays host to a large number of endangered species. Overnight stay at an eco-camp near the national park.
Day 5-Namdapha Sightseeing (O/N at Namdapha eco-camp)
Explore Namdapha National Park. It is the largest biodiversity hotpsot in the Eastern Himalayas and has a lot to offer to a nature and wildlife lover. And when it comes to natural beauty, Namdapha is second to none with its wild flowing rivers and pristine mountains.
Day 6-Namdapha- Tai Phake village, Namrup (O/N)
Wake up early and make your way to the Tai Phake village near Namrup for an overnight stay. The drive will take 5-6 hours approx. Like the Singphos, the Tai Phake people too migrated to India from China hundreds of years ago. Take a tour of the village and spend the evening leisurely.
Day 7-Tai Phakey village- Dehing-Patkai Wildlife Sanctuary
(O/N at Tai Phake Village)
After breakfast drive to the Dehing-Patkai Wildlife Sanctuary at Jeypore. This is the only rainforest in Assam and is a major biodiversity hotspot. It is also immensely rich in culture and heritage. The wildlife sanctuary is home to a plethora of fauna and flora and is a favourite spot of wildlife enthusiasts and botanists. After exploring the wildlife sanctuary head back to the Tai Phake village.
Day 8-Tai Phake Village- Dibrugarh Airport departure.
Enjoy a traditional Tai Phake breakfast following which we will drive you to Dibrugarh Airport.

TIPS FOR A FUN FILLED TRIP
It is requested that you follow these recommendations to enjoy the most fun filled vacation you have ever had!
While travelling in Northeast during the winters you should carry ample winter clothes including hand-gloves and caps. Also, carry light woolen even in summer season when you are travelling to the hills of Northeast especially if you are on a trip to Arunachal Pradesh.
Respect the local culture, people and their customs.
Help the local authorities in keeping the tourist spots clean by not spilling garbage but putting your waste in the dustbins provided.
Do not attempt to feed wild animals as they may be dangerous and may attack you instantaneously.
Always listen carefully to all safety briefings provided from time to time during the trip by the local tour guide.
