Order once dispatched shall not be accepted back until and unless there is any defect in the original packaging. The product cannot be returned if the orginal packaging has been opened. In case of damaged packaging, refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving back the product. All postage and handling for the refund will be borne by the customer. Home collection for returning the product is not available.
If paid by debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the account pertaining to the card. Processing charges may be deducted by the bank.
