Handmade Jaapi (Assamese Headgear)

Order once dispatched shall not be accepted back until and unless there is any defect in the original product. In case of damaged product, refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving back the product. All postage and handling for the refund will be borne by the customer. Home collection for returning the product is not available.

If paid by debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the account pertaining to the card. Processing charges may be deducted by the bank.

All orders received will be processed the following working day and dispatched within 2 working days. Usually delivery period within India is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
